Shared Fingerprints

These data below contain the shared fingerprint gene list. Shared fingerprint genes are those genes uniquely expressed in a defined group of cell types (Myeloid, Lymphoid, or all Differentiated cells (excluded from HSCs)). A shared fingerprint gene is defined having a normalized (Log2) expression level >5 for a given group and <4 for all other cell types. The affymetrix probe, gene name, gene symbol, and the fold difference for each gene is shown in the tables. Fold difference was calculated by dividing the expression values of the lineages of interest (mean of the probes in the group of cells) by the background expression value (mean of the expression levels in the other lineages) and raising to the power of two.
