Experimental Description

The data available on this site are BMEL microarray experiments performed on the Affymetrix moe430a,b platform. The data were generated in the Darlington Lab as part of the SCGAP consortium: BCM Liver and HS SCGAP. The experimental design consists of 6 treatments for the 2 factors "culture condition" and "cell-line". The three levels of "culture condition" are (1) Basal (2) Aggregate and (3) Matrigel, representing the growth conditions of the BMEL cells. The three levels of "cell-line" are: 9A1, 10B1, 14B3, according to the unique identifiers used to label each clonal lineage used in the assay. A pair of biological replicates is available for each "culture condition" x "cell line" treatment.
