MECP2 EXON ARRAY: Analysis of gene expression using Affymetrix Mouse Exon Arrays for samples form brains of Mecp2 TG, Mecp2 Null and WT animals. A variety of brian regions are available to query. The graphics display results in terms of the intron/exon structure of individual genes.
