LINEAGE FINGERPRINTS

The data below contain a fingerprint gene list. Fingerprint genes are those genes uniquely expressed in a single cell type (HSC, Erythrocytes, Granulocytes, Monocytes, NK cells, B cells, and T cells - see purification schemes). A fingerprint gene is defined as having a normalized (Log2) expression level >5 for a given cell type and <4 for all other cell types. The affymetrix probe, gene name, gene symbol, and the fold difference for each gene is shown in the tables. Fold difference was calculated by dividing the expression value in the lineage of interest by the background expression value (mean of the probes of the other lineages) and raising to the power of two.
